My First Concert in My New City, Denver! Reel Big Fish!

I had such a wonderful time last week going to my first concert in my new city! The venue was awesome and so was the music! I thought you would enjoy some of the photos I took with my phone.
Looks like this venue allows professional cameras, or at least for this show they did. So, next time I'll take a real camera. Still, these shots aren't that bad!

Awesome T-Shirt Design - Thrill The World Phoenix Valley

For the past 3 years, I've had the opportunity to be the designer for the coolest and for sure the scariest group in all of Phoenix. Not only do they have the most fun... they raise money for the Phoenix Children's Hospital. I'm not sure it gets any better than that!

I've considered myself one of the luckiest people in all of Phoenix to be given the title of "graphic designer" for such an amazing group. I created the initial logo for the group back in 2009 and I've also had the opportunity to design t-shirts for the group every year. It is always so much fun designing for my group and I look forward to it every year. I cannot lie, I also look forward to dressing up like a zombie, dancing thriller with my friends, and teaching thriller dance classes all year long too.

This year we were lucky enough to have the full design on the front and the sponsor logos on the back. Special thanks for making that happen go to the t-shirt printing company[I wish I knew the name]. This helped us overcome our biggest obstacle, making something people will actually wear. Having sponsor logos on the back made a big difference in the design and sales.

The 2012 Thrill The World - Phoenix Valley t-shirt design is by far my favorite! It's so modern and yet... super creepy! I'm so excited to share the design with the world.  Here it is!!

I've been taking photos semi-professionally for a while now. I can say they were professional because I got paid for them, right? Haha!! Well... Now that I have my awesome ninja-like camera (Many thanks to the best boyfriend in the world, my boyfriend, for getting it for me!!) I guess the shopping doesn't stop once you buy the camera.
